Popular Charlotte Coffee Chain to Open New Location

Charlotte-based Night Swim Coffee will open a new location next year at a residential tower rising at the edge of Uptown and South End.
According to WBTV, the popular coffee chain is the first to secure a retail lease with Queensbridge Collective, a mixed-use skyscraper being built at 1111 South Tryon Street. The 42-story luxury residential building, expected to open in late 2025, will also include 25,000 square feet of high-end retail space, much of which has already been leased.
