Spirit Airlines Launches New Nonstop Routes from CLT

Spirit Airlines is launching a new nonstop route from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, starting October 10, 2024. According to WBTV, the route will operate five days a week, from Monday and Thursday through Sunday, with flights lasting just under two hours. Basic fares begin at $65, and bookings are already open. This announcement follows JetBlue’s recent decision to end its service in Charlotte this October.
