Lincolnton Vape Shop Owner Charged With 12 Felonies

A Lincolnton vape shop owner is facing 12 felony charges following an investigation by the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division and Lincolnton Police. According to WCCB, special agents found that THC products sold at Dave’s contained more than 0.3% THC, making them illegal to possess and sell. As a result, Omari Cole faces 20 criminal charges, 12 of which are felonies.
