Charlotte FC Coach Dean Smith Inks New Contract
Charlotte FC announced today that Head Coach Dean Smith has signed a new contract through the 2027 MLS season. In his first year with the club, Smith guided Charlotte to a record 51 points and its first-ever playoff victory, according to Charlotte FC’s website. In his second season, the team is off to its best start in history and remains unbeaten at home. Charlotte FC will host the San Jose Earthquakes this Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
